As with every great performance, behind the curtains you will find a group of loyal and motivated employees, tending to an endless array of small but important details.
Approximately 140 people work at Cousiño Macul, within the areas of the grape production, vinification, administration, sales and marketing.
Here are some of the faces behind those long days during the harvest, many of whom are themselves second generation at the winery with the Cousiño family. It is most certainly a point of pride to enjoy the loyalty of so many employees.
